CAC Group, a national insurance broker and advisor comprised of CAC Specialty and CAC Agency, has announced the appointment of Erin Lynch as Chief Executive Officer, effective in the first quarter of 2025.
Mike Rice, the current CEO, will take on the role of Vice Chairman, focusing on his board responsibilities and strategic growth opportunities.
Paul Sparks, Executive Chairman of CAC Group, commented, “Mike played a major role in developing the vision for CAC and has provided significant influence and leadership at our firm. He was instrumental in aligning CAC Group as one brand, while building it to become a destination for top talent in the insurance industry.

Lynch joined CAC Specialty in 2021 and currently serves as President of the Natural Resources Practice. Prior to this, she spent 14 years at Beecher Carlson, where she most recently served as President. Earlier in her career, she was an Account Executive at WTW.
Sparks added, “Along with Mike and the rest of the CAC Group Board, I am excited to welcome Erin Lynch to her new role as CEO.
