Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team.
- The role involves managing social media marketing campaigns, creating content strategies, optimizing social media platforms, and implementing digital marketing techniques to enhance the company’s online presence and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Create a comprehensive social media marketing strategy aligned with the brand’s goals.
- Identify key target audiences and their platforms of choice.
- Allocate and manage ad spend efficiently, staying within budget while maximizing ROI
- Ensure content is SEO-optimized to improve visibility and reach.
- Integrate social media with other marketing efforts (email campaigns, blogs, PR, etc.).
- Promote website traffic through social media by linking posts, ads, and content to the site.
- Develop content pillars and themes that align with the brand’s voice and goals.
- Develop and execute targeted social media ad campaigns (on Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.).
- Optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions based on data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communication, or related field
- Communication and Content Strategy expertise
- Experience in Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong analytical skills for monitoring and improving online performance
